Responsible for Direct and Indirect Tax, Capital Expenditure & maintenance, Preparation of Financials of the Company, Financial Analysis, Cost Control, Credit Control, Statutory /Regulatory reporting and compliances, Maintenance of Financial Records, Payroll, Cash flow & Budget forecasting, Import & Export documentation, Coordination with Bank and, consultants, Prepare and review of MIS & financials on Monthly basis, Liaison with various government/semi-government departments.
